Returns and Exchanges
At Leo Y Lola, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. We want you and your furry friend to love the product and to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you need to exchange them for a different size or style, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing your items.
Condition of goods
To be eligible for a return/exchange, all items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition. Proof of purchase from leoylola.com is required. If upon inspection the items are deemed to have been used or altered in any way, your refund or exchange credit will be subject to approval.
How do I send my return ?
Customers pay for shipping back to our store. We strongly encourage you to use a trackable mail service as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We can’t process a return or exchange if we have not received your items.
I sent my return/exchange back, what happens next?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon our receipt of the item(s).
We will issue the refund back on the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on the payment method, it may take 7 to 10 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
